About Me & My Wellness Journey
Hi, I’m Lauren, and my journey to becoming a natural health coach is deeply personal and transformative.
My struggles with chronic symptoms began at the age of 14, and over the years, I faced a myriad of challenges including digestive issues, sinus infections, acne, insomnia, hormone imbalance, muscle stiffness, chronic pain, and anxiety. Despite seeing hundreds of doctors and specialists, and enduring countless tests that consistently came back normal, I found myself without answers or effective solutions. The frustration of trying numerous medications with no success only deepened my sense of hopelessness.
As my symptoms progressed and worsened with age, I realized that traditional approaches weren’t addressing the root causes of my issues. Determined to find a solution, I took matters into my own hands. Through extensive research and personal experimentation, I discovered the power of natural health and the pivotal role of liver function in overall wellness. This journey led me to heal my own body and eventually inspired the creation of Love Thy Liver.
Today, as a natural health professional, I am passionate about guiding others through similar struggles, offering a compassionate, evidence-based approach to uncovering and addressing the root causes of their health issues. My mission is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to achieve lasting wellness, free from the limitations of temporary fixes. Let’s work together to create a personalized plan that supports your unique path to health and vitality.
